Administrative & Office Management
Plan, supervise, and coordinate all office operations and support services.
Oversee inventory, office supplies, and procurement processes.
Maintain filing systems, employee records, and confidential documentation.
Team Supervision
Lead and manage a team of executives, clerks, and consultants.
Delegate tasks, monitor work performance, and conduct regular team evaluations.
Facilitate staff development and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
Client & Recruitment Coordination
Liaise with corporate clients, institutions, and government agencies for manpower placement.
Monitor recruitment timelines and deliverables with the operations team.
Oversee quality control of consultancy and staffing services provided to clients.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Prepare reports on operational efficiency, manpower placement, and budget usage.
Assist in audits and internal reviews.
Training & Capacity Building
Coordinate internal training sessions for staff, particularly new executives and consultants.
Ensure team members understand and uphold organizational standards and KPIs.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR practices, office systems, and administrative protocols
Effective communicator in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and solve operational problems swiftly
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and task management tools
