Job Summary:Supports the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. Helps maintain client relationships and contributes to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing sales plans to meet company goals.
Support and supervise the sales team in daily activities and performance.
Identify new business opportunities and assist in acquiring new clients.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales; supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
