We are looking for a skilled and reliable Facility Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our building facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic maintenance procedures and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues
Perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems
Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems promptly
Monitor and operate building management systems (BMS) if applicable
Assist with installation of equipment and office setups when required
Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition
Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Coordinate with external contractors or service providers when needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist with emergency repairs during breakdowns or power failures
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Maintenance or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance work
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Physically fit and able to handle tools and equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call duties if required
Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments, including dusty or confined spaces
May involve lifting, climbing ladders, or working at heights
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary
Rotational shift work or standby duty (depending on company policy)
Full-time / Shift-based / Contract (select accordingly)
