The Site Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all activities at a project or job site, ensuring proper communication, scheduling, documentation, and resource allocation. This role acts as the liaison between the office and field staff, helping ensure that projects run smoothly, on time, and according to specifications.
Coordinate daily site activities and ensure effective task allocation.
Communicate project plans, timelines, and changes to site teams and subcontractors.
Monitor work progress and report any delays, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors or project managers.
Assist in scheduling manpower, tools, and materials based on project needs.
Ensure all necessary documentation is available on-site (drawings, permits, reports).
Help enforce safety regulations and proper site conduct among all personnel.
Support the Site Supervisor in day-to-day operations and emergency resolutions.
Conduct basic inspections and assist in quality control efforts.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage scheduling or logistical challenges.
Knowledge of basic construction/maintenance/site procedures.
Able to read simple technical drawings or work plans.
Familiar with health and safety protocols.
Basic computer literacy (for site reports, checklists, etc.)
