We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Landscape Technician to assist in maintaining and enhancing the visual appeal and health of landscaped areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing groundskeeping tasks such as planting, trimming, irrigation, and lawn care while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Maintain landscaped areas including lawns, flower beds, trees, and shrubs
Mow, trim, edge, and fertilize lawns and turf areas
Prune trees, hedges, and bushes to ensure healthy growth and desired shape
Plant and transplant flowers, shrubs, and trees as per landscape design
Operate landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems
Install and maintain irrigation systems and adjust watering schedules as needed
Remove weeds, debris, litter, and dead plants from gardens and green spaces
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides safely and in accordance with guidelines
Inspect and report pest infestations, plant diseases, or soil deficiencies
Support seasonal landscaping changes and special projects
Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as necessary
SPM or equivalent; vocational training in landscaping, horticulture, or related field is an advantage
At least 1–2 years of experience in landscape or grounds maintenance
Basic knowledge of plant care, pest control, and soil health
Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow landscaping plans and instructions
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE usage
Outdoor environment; may require work under sun, rain, or heat
Physically demanding work including lifting, bending, and standing for long hours
Use of gardening and landscaping tools and exposure to chemicals (e.g., fertilizers, pesticides)
Full-time / Contract / Shift-based (select as applicable)
