As our Online Sales Associate, you’ll be the voice behind the screen—connecting with customers, recommending products, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable online shopping experience. You’ll be part of the team that brings our brand to life online and turns browsers into loyal buyers.
Chat with customers through messaging platforms, email, and social media—answering questions, solving problems, and recommending products.
Guide shoppers through the buying journey with style, clarity, and confidence.
Support daily operations on our online platforms—updating product info, tracking stock, and keeping things running smoothly.
Process orders, exchanges, and returns quickly and accurately.
Stay on top of promotions, new arrivals, and trends so you can give the best recommendations.
Work closely with marketing and fulfillment teams to make sure campaigns and deliveries go off without a hitch.
Capture customer feedback and share insights to help improve the experience.
Experience in online sales, customer service, or retail (1–2 years preferred).
Great written communication and a warm, professional tone.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopee, or Lazada.
Comfortable with multitasking, troubleshooting, and adapting to fast-paced environments.
