The Outlet Cashier is responsible for managing cash register operations, handling transactions accurately, and providing excellent customer service. They ensure all payments are processed efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.
Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases.
Operate the POS system to process cash, card, and digital payments.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required.
Maintain accurate cash drawer and reconcile at the end of each shift.
Ensure proper packing of items and assist in product inquiries.
Monitor and restock cashier counter supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier area.
Follow company policies and procedures, including handling promotions or discounts.
Report any issues or discrepancies to the outlet supervisor.
SPM or equivalent qualification.
Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
