The Special Officer provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior management (e.g., CEO, Director, or General Manager). This role involves managing confidential tasks, coordinating projects across departments, and ensuring smooth communication and execution of top-level initiatives within the F&B organization.
Act as a liaison between top management and internal departments (kitchen, operations, HR, finance, etc.).
Manage executive schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare briefing materials.
Assist in planning and executing key projects and initiatives across outlets or business units.
Monitor and follow up on delegated tasks and deadlines on behalf of the executive.
Collect and analyze data for decision-making and reporting purposes.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information discreetly.
Prepare presentations, business correspondence, and internal communications.
Coordinate with external stakeholders such as vendors, government offices, or partners when required.
Support special assignments including outlet visits, audits, or expansion plans.
