The Client Solutions Specialist acts as a key link between the company and its clients, developing tailored solutions that meet business needs, drive value, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic consultation, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end support during the sales and implementation process.
Understand client objectives and design customized solutions using company products and services.
Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and technical teams to create proposals, demos, and presentations.
Serve as a subject matter expert to guide clients through product capabilities and business impact.
Manage solution delivery timelines and coordinate implementation with internal stakeholders.
Analyze client feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and upsell.
Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, or account management.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and solution design frameworks.
Industry knowledge relevant to the company’s products or services is a plus.
