We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations. You will ensure smooth service, manage staff performance, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Supervise and lead front-of-house staff (waiters, hosts, runners) during service hours.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly.
Monitor floor activity, table turnover, and service flow to ensure efficiency.
Train, coach, and schedule service staff to maintain consistent performance.
Conduct daily briefings and ensure staff understand menu updates and promotions.
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations.
Enforce hygiene, safety, and grooming standards among service staff.
Assist with reservations, seating plans, and special guest arrangements.
Report daily operations, issues, and suggestions to management.
Support in stock and inventory checks for FOH items (e.g., cutlery, uniforms, menus).
Proven experience in a supervisory or floor management role in F&B.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
