We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented Human Resources Executive to support daily HR operations and help drive our company’s people strategy. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration.
Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personal files
Prepare employment letters, contracts, confirmation, promotion, and resignation documentation
Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and events
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
Support payroll processing and liaise with Finance Department on HR-related claims
Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and audits as needed
Continuously improve HR processes and support other administrative tasks as required
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of working experience in a similar HR role
Good understanding of Malaysia Employment Act and HR best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll software)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Office-based, Monday to Friday (regular working hours)
May involve occasional travel for recruitment, training, or company events
Full-time / Contract / Part-time (choose as applicable)
