The Human Resources (HR) Executive is responsible for executing HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, leave management, staff records maintenance, training coordination, and HR compliance. This role ensures that HR policies and practices are followed in line with company standards and Malaysian labor laws.
Assist in recruitment processes: job posting, shortlisting, interviewing coordination
Prepare and manage employment contracts and onboarding documents
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, medical, disciplinary)
Handle payroll-related information and liaise with Accounts when needed
Coordinate training sessions, staff development activities, and performance reviews
Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and communicated effectively
Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Computer literacy (Excel, HR software, payroll tools)
Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and priorities
