We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. You will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, control costs, and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance of all staff.
Maintain exceptional customer service standards and handle guest feedback or complaints.
Monitor and control inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and consistency.
Manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Organize promotional events and marketing activities in collaboration with management.
Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues for senior management.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
