To oversee and lead all human resource strategies and functions within the company, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR policy compliance. The HR Manager ensures that the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent aligned with its consultancy and manpower-focused mission.
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Design and execute hiring plans to fulfill client and internal staffing needs.
Supervise candidate screening, interview processes, and job matching.
Build talent pipelines through networks, platforms, and training partnerships.
2. HR Operations & Policy Implementation
Develop and enforce HR policies and SOPs.
Maintain and manage employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, EIS, EPF, SOCSO, and HRDF.
3. Performance Management & Employee Relations
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Conduct disciplinary actions, counseling, and conflict resolution.
Foster a healthy and productive workplace culture.
4. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and recommend relevant training (internal & external).
Coordinate onboarding programs and staff development workshops.
5. Strategic HR Planning
Provide workforce analysis and manpower forecasts for management decisions.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR with business strategy.
Monitor industry HR trends and adapt best practices.
Strong leadership and decision-making capability
Deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices in Malaysia
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and digital HR tools
Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
