We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties, assist with documentation, and help keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
Perform general clerical tasks: filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation.
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Support HR, finance, or other departments with basic administrative tasks.
Ensure filing systems and records are up to date and easily accessible.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus).
