Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management

Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and other documents

Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner

Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Assist in managing office records and confidential information

Support finance tasks such as invoicing, petty cash handling, and payment processing

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors

Maintain an organized and efficient office environment

Perform other administrative support tasks as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Diploma or degree in business administration or related field (preferred)

Work Environment:

Office-based environment

Standard working hours (may vary depending on company needs)
