Job Title: Administrative Executive – E-commerce & Accounts
Location: Klang Valley
Job Summary:Supports daily operations of the e-commerce business and assists with basic accounting tasks. Handles administrative duties, coordinates with online platforms, and helps maintain financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce:
Manage product listings, pricing, and stock updates on e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
Process online orders, returns, and coordinate shipping arrangements.
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
Monitor order fulfillment and update tracking information.
Assist in generating sales and inventory reports.
Accounts:
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and payment tracking.
Assist with preparing monthly account summaries and bank reconciliations.
Maintain organized records of receipts, invoices, and payment slips.
Coordinate with the accounting team or external auditor for financial reporting.
General Admin:
Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.
Assist in filing, record-keeping, and office coordination tasks.
Maintain a neat and organized digital and physical filing system.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Experience in e-commerce operations and basic accounting is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with e-commerce platforms.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
