Key Responsibilities:
Document Control:
- Maintain and update QA documentation, including SOPs, inspection records, and quality reports.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of quality records for easy retrieval.
Data Entry & Reporting:
- Input quality-related data into tracking systems and generate reports.
- Assist in compiling data for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
Audit Support:
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure completion of required changes.
Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the QA team in implementing quality control measures.
Communication & Coordination:
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and QA teams to track quality issues.
- Communicate findings and follow up on quality-related matters.
General Administrative Tasks:
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and other clerical tasks related to quality assurance.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth operations of the QA department.
