The Business Intelligence Analyst transforms data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, building dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize performance and drive growth.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, web analytics).
Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps to support strategic initiatives.
Work closely with departments such as marketing, sales, finance, and operations to provide data-driven insights.
Automate data reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor data quality and ensure consistent data governance practices.
Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a related role.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong skills in Excel and data visualization best practices.
Experience with data warehouses and ETL processes is a plus.
Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages is advantageous.
