The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role plays a key part in expanding the company’s market presence and achieving long-term strategic goals.
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, outreach, events, and digital channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals in line with company objectives.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and offerings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
