Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily departmental operations
Monitor KPIs, performance targets, and staff productivity across units
Coordinate inter-departmental communication and workflow improvements
Review and verify reports (e.g., HR, Admin, Accounts, Site) before submission to upper management
Participate in decision-making and problem-solving related to site/project/client issues
Support training, coaching, and performance review processes
Ensure company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards are upheld
Stand in for Manager when absent and provide leadership support
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge in general business operations: admin, HR, site or maintenance
Proficient in Microsoft Office and report generation
