  • To provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their automotive needs, including vehicle service appointments, inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups. This role ensures a positive customer experience that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support & Interaction

Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email.

Respond promptly to inquiries about services, vehicles, parts, or warranties.

Explain service processes, estimated timelines, and costs clearly.

2. Service Appointment Handling

Schedule and confirm service or repair appointments.

Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Follow up on vehicle status and keep customers informed throughout the service process.

3. Issue Resolution

Handle customer complaints or concerns calmly and professionally.

Resolve issues quickly or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.

Document all interactions and resolutions in the system.

4. Customer Retention & Satisfaction

Conduct post-service or post-purchase follow-up calls.

Promote available maintenance packages, service promotions, or extended warranties.

Support loyalty initiatives and gather customer feedback.

5. Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate customer records and service history.

Process invoices, payment receipts, warranty claims, and return forms.

Ensure proper filing and data entry of all service-related documents.
