Job Title: E-commerce Sales Associate
Location: Klang Valley
Job Summary:Supports the daily operations of online sales channels by managing product listings, processing orders, and assisting customers to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in listing and updating products on e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Process online orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
Respond to customer inquiries, chats, and reviews professionally and promptly.
Monitor stock levels and update product availability as needed.
Support online sales campaigns, promotions, and flash sales.
Help create and update product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
Assist in preparing basic sales performance reports.
Requirements:
SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and email.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
