GENERAL MANAGER

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager (GM) to oversee all operations in our automotive business. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive revenue growth, optimize customer satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence. This role demands strategic thinking, leadership, and deep knowledge of the automotive industry, including sales, service, and business management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for sales, service, marketing, and operations departments.
2. Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and performance goals in line with company objectives.
3. Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective pricing, inventory control, and sales strategies.
4. Oversee dealership/showroom operations (if applicable), ensuring high customer service standards.
5. Lead and manage department heads and key staff, ensuring strong collaboration and accountability.
6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, gross margins, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), and operational efficiency.
7. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, health & safety, and environmental standards.
8. Develop relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and external stakeholders.
9. Identify market opportunities and lead expansion or improvement initiatives.
10. Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing staff.
