Be responsible to achieve personal goals set by company in all aspects such as treatments, machines, consultation and customer service. Can work together with other team members as a team to ensure harmonious and smooth daily operation.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide professional treatment and consultation to our new and existing customers independently.
- To handle customers’ requests and enquires when necessary, without constant supervision.
- Before performed treatment on customer, always tested at hand area to ensure energy stable.
- To make professional recommendations of products, face, treatments and packages to customers.
- To take and save customers’ photos before and after the procedure accordingly.
- During treatment performed, talk to customer/mindset customer/upsell customer is necessary.
- To make sure all machines and treatment accessories always in good condition. Clean up and sanitize after treatment done include every handpiece.
- To sanitize hydro facial handpiece after every treatment and soak them with alcohol at the end of work.
- To clean up machine handpiece after every 3 customers and at the end of the day. Ensure the lens is clean.
- To maintain cleanliness and outlet of the treatment rooms, store, and products.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
