Job Summary:
Westwood Clinic of Beauty Consultant advises customers on skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products, helping them select items that meet their needs and preferences. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and offer personalized beauty consultations.
Recommend skincare, makeup, and beauty products based on customer preferences and skin types.
Demonstrate product usage and provide tips on application and beauty routines.
Stay up to date with current beauty trends, new products, and brand promotions.
Assist customers with purchases, returns, and queries.
Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of the counter or store area.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Manage inventory levels and replenish stock when needed.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge.
