In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a pleasant retail experience. You will play a key part in driving sales and building lasting relationships with customers.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
Ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and fully stocked
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Keep the store clean, safe, and presentable at all times
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
Stay updated on new product arrivals and industry trends
Proven experience in retail sales or a related customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong selling and negotiation skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Basic math and computer skills
A positive attitude and team spirit
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Fast-paced retail environment
Standing for extended periods
May require lifting or moving stock
