Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations, including inventory management of office supplies, printing materials, and shipping items.
To ensure that the condition and quantity of the customer's finished order items are in a condition that meets the best quality standards and is sufficient before processing to pack and ship to the customer.
Provide support for the scheduling of finished goods shipments, preparation of reports, and handling of shipping documents.
Assist in the preparation and processing of printing-related documentation, including invoices and DOs.
Coordinating and supporting company events, exhibitions, and training sessions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to finished goods and delivery promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other teams to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency in a printing environment.
