The Accounting Staff is responsible for recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts) in accounting software or spreadsheets.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and review invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and petty cash on a regular basis.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
Monitor and record inventory costs, cost of goods sold (COGS), and kitchen expenses.
Ensure timely payment to suppliers and vendors.
Support tax filings (e.g., PPh, VAT) and government compliance.
Collaborate with auditors during internal or external audits.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
