Plastic Welder

1  : Assisting in the setup of machine and material preparation base upon the process drawing and material picking list.

2  : Responsible to perform the manufacturing job base upon the internal QA checksheet and external customer specification requirements.

3  : Take full accountability to reduce the material wastage, machine setup time and run time.

4  : Support TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) program and work towards reduce machine down time.

5  : Take full accountability for SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) duties and policies.

6  : Take full accountability to assure the machine run time and product output meet the target given by the supervisor.

7  : Take full accountability to assure the work place meet the 5's housekeeping standard.

8  : Take full accountability to perform the daily production report.

9  : Perform overtime work when requested by supervisor.

10 : Responsible for personal safety and safe conduct as not to endanger other or company properties.

11 : Any other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time by department head.

12 : Provide training to WELDER 2 and WELDER 3 and accountable for the manufacturing technical activities.

13 : Accountable for TPM program and responsible for improving the equipment effectiveness.

14 : Take full responsibility to assure the technical team carry out their routine duties base on the departmental KPI. (such as reduce wastage, 

       increase production, improve quality)
