-Ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with daily production plans.
-Perform a variety of work in process machineries, equipment, facilities, and utilities system maintenance works within the company’s premise.
-Lead troubleshooting efforts upon receiving maintenance reports and notify Engineer if major repair is required.
-Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with the established maintenance calendar.
-Perform electrical wiring and installation.
-To maintain inventory record and assist to perform periodic checking of spare parts inventory.
-Troubleshoots faulty equipment, repairs or replaces broken parts.
-Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required in timely manner.
-Support new machine testing, installation and plant expansion projects.
-Assist in the preparation and participation in compliance audits and ISO audits to maintain regulatory standards.
-Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts, ensuring enhancements in the quality systems, products, and services.
