-To assist in planning future capacity requirements.
-To lead change overs and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements for the designated production line(s).
-To ensure operational activities and process performance are aligned with plant and business goals.
-To perform immediate response activities and manage unplanned events. To troubleshoot and process problems to return equipment to manufacturing capabilities with minimal downtime.
-To use process knowledge and skills to make improvements in plant performance and operating discipline.
-To discuss and develop the planning with maintenance technicians in installation, debugging, repair and maintenance of production equipment.
-To lead the team to perform tasks related to autonomous maintenance, changeovers, inspection and testing of equipment and specific projects.
-To identify process related deviations and problems and maintain equipment reliability.
-To monitor process equipment troubleshooting, minor repairs, improvements and preventative maintenance, utilizing appropriate processes and disciplines.
-To participate lean manufacturing implementation and drive for continuous improvement.
-To ensure that vehicles, machinery, and equipment is well maintained and fit for purpose.
-To ensure team member comply to safely regulations and work safely to protect themselves and others in the production environment.
