-To plan and lead the team in perform change overs and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements for the designated production line(s).
-To monitor process conditions, equipment, and control systems.
-To ensure operational activities and process performance are aligned with daily production plans.
-To assist maintenance technicians in installation, debugging, repair and maintenance of production equipment.
-To perform tasks related to autonomous maintenance, changeovers, inspection and testing of equipment and specific projects.
-To use troubleshooting skills to resolve process related deviations and problems and maintain equipment reliability.
-To perform immediate response activities and manage unplanned events. To troubleshoot and process problems to return equipment to manufacturing capabilities with minimal downtime.
-To diagnose process defects and equipment failure and solve problems with minimal rejects and downtime.
-To assist process equipment troubleshooting, minor repairs, improvements, and preventative maintenance, utilizing appropriate processes and disciplines.
-To perform tasks assigned to operations as per a standard task list including field checks, equipment preparation, samples, etc.
