- Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, certification standards, and other relevant requirements including ISO, SEDEX, HALAL, and Occupational Safety and Health standards.- Monitor and assess hazardous or unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.- Develop and enforce comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures across all operational areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and foster a safe working environment.- Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and awareness sessions when and where necessary.- Responsible for overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) matters across the organization.- Assist in the preparation of incident and accident reports.- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace accidents (minor or major), near misses, identified hazards, and unsafe acts, and recommend appropriate corrective actions and preventive measures to mitigate future risks.- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment through regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments.- Support continuous improvement in overall workplace safety
