Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee records management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, performance evaluations, and training records.

Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Benefits administration

Support the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.

Employee relations

Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns.

Assist in conflict resolution and promote a positive work culture.

Training and development

Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.

Facilitate professional development opportunities and monitor training effectiveness.

Performance management

Support the performance appraisal process by assisting in goal-setting, feedback collection, and documentation.

Maintain performance records and assist in the implementation of performance improvement plans.

Policy implementation

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence.

Legal compliance

Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization’s compliance.

Assist in handling legal matters related to HR issues.

Employee engagement

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building events and recognition programs.

Gather feedback from employees to improve workplace satisfaction.

Conflict resolution

Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level HR personnel if necessary.

Health and safety

Collaborate with safety officers to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Participate in the development of emergency response plans.

HR reporting

Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends.

Assist in preparing reports for management and stakeholders.
