-To ensure the material availability as to ensure smooth manufacturing activities. Work closely with warehouse on the material requirement, issuance and return procedure to avoid any line down due to material availability.
-To arrange the work schedule and resource planning for entire production activities.
-Ensure safety and health procedure is adhered to, including but not limited to wear the appropriate PPE according to requirement at all times.
-Report any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns promptly to supervisors.
-Ensure the overall production comply to all the ISO, GMP and other regulatory requirements.
-Ensure all the production personnel are trained with the right competency to perform their job.
-Manage the subordinates’ attendance, tardiness and improve the turnover rate.
-To review audit findings and to ensure all non-conformance issues, CAPA are handled promptly and close timely.
-Take care the 5S and housekeeping at the production area and ensure compliance to hygiene and cleanliness requirements.
-To monitor production yield and investigate root cause if yield is out of specification.
-To collect data and analyse the manpower utilization/headcount model, space requirements, workflow, material flow and the design of production layout to be efficient and operates at optimum level.
-To provide information for management decisions pertaining to estimated production times, manpower requirements and related costs.
