  1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  2. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  3. Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
  4. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
  5. Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and directions.
  6. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments regarding room status and guest requests.
  7. Manage guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism; escalate to supervisor when necessary.
  8. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing with accuracy and integrity.
  9. Monitor lobby area to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and emergency procedures.
