1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and coordinate daily site operations, including installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Supervise and guide subordinate technicians to ensure quality work and adherence to SOP.
- Motivate and coach team members to improve efficiency, skill sets, and professionalism.
- Conduct on-site briefing, toolbox meetings, and ensure safety compliance (PPE, hazard reporting).
- Ensure team achieves daily job targets, maintains high customer ratings, and reports performance issues.
2. Client Communication & Stakeholder Liaison
- Act as the main point-of-contact at site for clients, especially during TM project execution under BOE supervision.
- Attend client meetings, explain technical findings, and communicate work progress effectively.
- Respond promptly and professionally to complaints raised by BOE or other stakeholders.
3. Technical Expertise & Problem-Solving
- Perform on-site diagnostics, identify root causes, and implement immediate technical solutions for AC system faults.
- Troubleshoot VRF, split unit, cassette, and chiller systems with minimal supervision.
- Recommend improvement or rectification works where applicable and coordinate the execution.
Planning & Execution
- Plan site manpower allocation, equipment needs, and job sequencing to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Liaise with project and operational teams for work coordination, material readiness, and timely execution.
- Monitor progress of each job and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare comprehensive site reports, job completion forms, and technical service reports with photos and findings.
- Submit daily/weekly progress updates to superior (AGM) and assist in compiling documents for BOE/TM reports.
- Maintain clear and organized records of job sheets, client communication, and technical logs.
6. Drawing & Compliance Understanding
- Interpret and work according to M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) drawings for proper installation and alignment with design intent.
- Ensure installation work is compliant with industry standards, TM specifications, and BOE regulations.
7. Training & Continuous Improvement
- Identify training needs for self and team; provide basic technical coaching to juniors.
- Propose process improvements and recommend tools/equipment that enhance work productivity.
8. Others
- Assist in technical site surveys, energy audits (when required), and support pre/post project activities.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by AGM in line with job functions.
