1. Department Sales
? To monitor daily sales and seek ways to achieve sales budget.
? Assist customers with their enquiries
? To give professional product benefits/knowledge and product advise to customers.
? conduct product demonstrations/testing
? Monitor monthly promotions & roadshows to maximize sales achievement
2. Department Inventory
? To conduct overall stock maintenance, ordering, receiving, transfer, and PA (Price Alteration) Zero according to Operations SOP.
? Control stocks TOD (Turnover Days) and stock level.
? Ensure all stocks are available with no OOS (Out of Stock) situations.
? Prepare department for inventory and cycle count.
? Participate in bi-annual store stock take.
? Prevent loss by efficient stock monitoring, security sensor tags and surveillance.
? To provide product consultation to customers in order for customer to purchase more
3. Selling Floor Maintenance
? To setup and maintain stock display on normal shelves
? To upkeep cleanliness, tidiness of stocks, shelves & beauty consultation counter.
? Make sure stock display with 100% price cards & promotion items with POP with forwarding & replenishing.
4. Respond positively and professionally to customer s questions, queries, feedback or request
