-To process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 

-To coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer requirements. 

-To serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding product availability, order status, and delivery schedules. 

-To resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments. 

-To maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and related documentation. 

-To prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation for the sales team and management. 

-To liaise with the marketing team to ensure the availability of promotional materials and product information. 

-To coordinate with logistics partners to arrange transportation and delivery of products. 

-To monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any logistical issues that may arise. 

-To provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing correspondence.
