-Perform quality testing, inspections, and evaluations on in-process products, finished goods, R&D samples, aging stock, and production activities in accordance with the approved quality plan and SOPs.
-Conduct routine physical and performance analysis on feed samples to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory standards.
-Ensure timely completion of all quality control tests with accurate data entry, proper documentation, and prompt reporting of any abnormalities or deviations.
-Verify laboratory equipment status and calibration before use to ensure test accuracy, and coordinate minor troubleshooting where required.
-Support the maintenance and servicing of lab instruments and escalate equipment-related issues to senior personnel or external vendors when necessary.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory by adhering to proper housekeeping, hygiene, and waste disposal practices.
-Identify and report any quality, food safety, or product non-conformance issues observed during sampling, testing, or inspection.
-Ensure full compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and other relevant quality and food safety systems in daily operations.
-Assist in internal and external audits by preparing relevant records, test reports, certificates, and responding to quality-related queries.
-Participate in the investigation of rejections, deviations, and customer complaints by collecting data, conducting tests, and supporting analysis work.
-Assist in identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), including follow-ups on effectiveness checks.
-Recommend improvements in testing methods, sample handling, or documentation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
