Jawatan kosong ini akan dilaksanakan dibawah program Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia.
Be familiar with each product supplied by TTDA including the specifications as well as drawings.
Ensure that products meet customers’ requirements.
Assist in product tests and inspections.
Update the E-IDMS and ensure all daily data is recorded and up-to-date so that each historical data can be easily retrieved for reference.
Ensure all records for NCR, FAT and drawings are properly kept in QA filing system.
Coordinate and follow up FAT with customers for any product being in-charged.
Coordinate with site team to solve customer complaints.
Ensure smooth final product clearance during delivery.
Carry out assigned tasks and duties in accordance with instructions, and to comply with Quality, environment and safety rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice.
To report any accident, near-miss, dangerous occurrence or dangerous condition to their line management and suggestion for further improvement.
Ensure that all personal protective clothing/equipment provided are used.
