4. Perform physical checks and sign-off for FG inventory transfer from production to warehouse; update stock card and database.
5. Monitor and ensure accurate FG and MR transactions in EPICOR and proper documentation is completed and filed.
6. Verify MR forms, check physical quantities, ensure actual MR prep matches request, and validate returns from production.
7. Check packed FG cleanliness, labeling, and storage location against EPICOR data; ensure readiness for loading as per job orders.
8. Monitor loading activities (internal and 3rd party WHS), verify product condition and checklist accuracy before dispatch.
9. Assist in weekly/monthly stock counts at internal and third-party warehouses as checker or counter.
10. Lead pre-audit walkabouts at all warehouse areas; take immediate action for any rectification (label, cleanliness, safety).
11. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse storage area for raw materials, FG, and packaging.
12. Train and support Operators on SOP adherence, system usage, and work quality improvements.
13. Perform QC checks before storing materials and inspect used packing materials returned from production.
14. Update all Stock Receive/Issue transactions in warehouse server and submit records to Inventory team.
15. Comply with HSSE guidelines, attend toolbox briefings, and report or act on any unsafe acts, incidents, or near misses.
