<h3><strong>Job Description</strong></h3><p>The HR & Recruitment Consultant is responsible for executing a range of human resource and talent acquisition functions including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination. The role acts as a liaison between clients, candidates, and internal HR processes, ensuring efficient delivery of staffing and administrative support services.</p><p> </p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p>Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for client and internal positions (posting, sourcing, interviewing, placement)</p><p>Assist in drafting job descriptions, employment contracts, and onboarding documents</p><p>Support HR operations including leave tracking, personnel file management, and HR compliance</p><p>Maintain and update employee records and databases</p><p>Liaise with client HR departments on staffing needs and contractual updates</p><p>Handle preliminary staff counselling, performance data collection, and HR documentation</p><p>Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and candidate feedback summaries</p><p>Provide consultation to candidates on job requirements and expectations</p><p>Assist with internal HR policies and implementation of manpower regulations</p><p> </p><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><p>Minimum 1–2 years of combined experience in HR operations and recruitment</p><p>Strong organizational, people management, and documentation skills</p><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</p><p>Knowledge of labor laws, EPF/SOCSO/EIS regulations is a plus</p><p>Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English</p><p>Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused</p>
