Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, extending job offers, and handling grievances;
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new employees;
Support payroll processing by tracking attendance, overtime, and leave records;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to leaves;
Manage HR documentation, including onboarding materials and termination processes, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and confidentiality standards;
Maintain and update HR files, databases, and personnel records consistently;
Assist with HR-related projects, such as meetings, briefings, and training sessions, and prepare minutes;
Organize and maintain correspondence, reports, and records to align with company policies.
