The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for handling day-to-day human resources tasks and administrative functions to support company operations. This includes managing employee records, recruitment, payroll assistance, office management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Assist in recruitment: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.

Prepare employee documents: contracts, ID cards, and onboarding materials.

Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal data).

Support payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of attendance data.

Monitor employee performance reviews and training schedules.

Handle employee relations issues and assist in disciplinary actions when necessary.

Ensure company policies and labor law compliance.

Administration:

Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.

Oversee general office operations and facility maintenance.

Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for HR and company documents.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, courier).

Support permits, licenses, and company documentation renewals.

Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, and service providers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software (if any).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

High level of confidentiality and integrity.
