Responsible for supervising and participating in the activities of Engineering personnel engaged in the scheduled R & M programme works. in charge of the chilled water and cooling water distribution network, and monitoring and control of corrosion on pipe work and make schedule for pipe replacement when the need arises. Supervise and and participates in the activities of Engineering personnel engaged in the Preventive Maintenance, or installation of mechanical equipment such as air-conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and sanitary system. Determine work loads and assigns personnel to specific jobs, prepares work scheduled maintenance personnel under his supervision.
