Jawatan kosong ini akan dilaksanakan dibawah program Diploma Professional Malaysia.
Assist in basic food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned kitchen area in compliance with hotel standards.
Prepare ingredients (e.g., washing, peeling, cutting) as directed by the Chef de Partie or a higher-ranking chef.
Ensure all food products are stored properly and labeled according to food safety guidelines.
Assist in setting up the kitchen before service and cleaning down afterward.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunctions.
Support other kitchen sections as needed (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, etc.).
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
Minimize food wastage and practice cost-effective cooking.
Comply with health and safety regulations and hotel SOPs.
Willing to learn and improve culinary skills through training and guidance.
Perform any other duties assigned by the chef or management team.
