The Beautification & Furnishing Technician is responsible for tasks related to the aesthetic improvement and arrangement of physical environments. This includes setting up, maintaining, and organizing decorative elements such as plants, flowers, furniture, signage, festive displays, and indoor/outdoor layouts.
Set up and dismantle decorations and furnishings for events or displays
Assist in floral arrangements, greenery placement, and interior/exterior beautification
Perform basic maintenance and repair of decorative installations and furniture
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of assigned beautification areas
Follow layout plans or supervisor/designer instructions to implement site decoration
Maintain inventory of decorative items, tools, and materials
Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety/environmental regulations
Basic understanding of visual merchandising and design principles
Physically fit and able to lift, climb, and carry out setup work
Team player with good communication skills
Familiar with tools, assembly, and safe handling of materials
Able to follow instructions and work independently
