A warm welcome greeting to customers on arrival (always maintain eye contact).
Promote a friendly and happy atmosphere in the store. The 3 Little Rules (Greeting, Assisting and Thanks).
To conduct daily briefing with all Sandwich Stars and Team Cares on daily specials, promotion, upselling target, sales target and current customer service and operations issues.
Conduct daily opening and shift checklist and report any maintenance issues immediately
Supervise on duty Sandwich Stars and Team Cares to ensure compliance to highest standard of product preparation, hygiene and safety compliance and best customer service.
Ensure customers’ satisfaction and by meeting their expectation.
Perform any duties of Sandwich Stars whenever needs arises.
Compliant handling - Empower to do CRS (Customer Recovery Service) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with customer (see authority level below).
Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene, cleanliness and neatness.
Overall tidiness of the store.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Superior.
To manage stock inventory to ensure freshness of raw materials and wastages.
To manage labour cost through proper manpower scheduling.
